THE REQUEST - Help one of South Florida’s finest medical centers look the part — especially to potential patients with a choice in hospitals/health care facilities.
PIL APPROACH - Compared to other health care brands in the area such as Baptist and Jackson, Mount Sinai, at the time, excelled in research and technology. However, their marketing materials and brand communications were outdated and stuck in the past – which in turn created a similar perception in the market. We created a campaign with a clean, crisp, modern approach with captivating photography that highlighted the idea of “Great Medicine” by showing the relationship between doctors, patients and technology.
THE RESULTS - The new, vibrant advertising campaign created by PIL was incredibly well received by the public. In fact, within weeks of the first ads for the bariatric surgery division, Mount Sinai was completely booked for several months to come. Other divisions saw a noticeable lift in inquiries and referrals as well. The brand standards for design and photography usage are still in use today years after the campaign first debuted.
